The first step is to complete our Contact Form. This will give us a basic understanding of your wedding size, location, and floral needs.

After submission, someone from our team will reach out to answer any questions you may have and to schedule your floral consultation. 

Consultations mostly take place over Zoom, and last about an hour. 

This is where you will meet with Danielle, who is there to listen, guide, offer suggestions, and get a better understanding of how we can make your floral dreams a reality.

Once a consultation date is set, you will receive a pre-consultation questionnaire. This dives deeper into your quantities, style, and details.

We will create a private shared Pinterest board on our Pinterest page where we both will be able to pin design inspiration.

One to two weeks after the consultation, you will receive a finished proposal and contract. 

You have the opportunity to request modifications to perfectly match your vision and budget.

If your design changes significantly and you’d like a new Creative Meeting and proposal, we can do that for a $100 fee.

If you would like an in-studio mock-up of your florals, we can do that for an additional fee to cover flowers, supplies, and labor.

After reviewing our proposal, it is time to lock in your date.

To officially book with Farmhouse Fête, we must receive your accepted proposal, signed contract, and the retainer amount stated on your contract. 

We suggest making the decision to book as soon as possible, as we tend to book up to a year in advance for most weddings.

The only way to secure your date is by completing this process.  

All payments and due dates will be listed on your contract.

All final changes and payments are due no later than 1 month prior to your wedding.

Once full payment is received we will begin ordering everything needed for your big day! 

Production generally takes place in the six days before your wedding, once all flowers and supplies have arrived.

Complex deliveries requiring many rental items or specially constructed bases could start as early as 3 days before your event. But most deliveries take place on the morning of your wedding, so flowers can stay refrigerated until the last possible moment.
